RESERVATION PAYMENTS AND CANCELLATION POLICY
In order to confirm your vacation reservation we require a 50% credit card deposit to
guarantee your booking. We do not hold rooms without a guarantee. Your Visa or MasterCard
credit card will be charged for the deposit at the time of making the booking. Final payment is
due 60 days (90 days for Christmas and New Year) prior to your arrival date.
All cancellations must be notified in writing directly to TBH Resorts Limited/The Blue House.
For cancellations received:
There will be no refunds or re-booking for no shows or early departures.

can book a new reservation and apply your reservation payment to that new booking. - within 30 days of scheduled arrival date, your full reservation payment will be forfeit.
