| Jamaica Blue Mountain coffee, an assortment of teas are available at the coffee station for early risers. At 9:00am we serve a full scrumptious breakfast. Jamaican breakfasts could be ackee and saltfish, run down, cook-up corned pork, sprat and festival, fried fish and bammie, okra and saltfish or some other local favourite. Maybe even peanut porridge, Cassava Pancakes with Carmelized Banana, Citrusy French Toast w Jerk Sausage, Pineapple/Walnut Waffles or Callaloo/Cheese Omlette. Traditional items like bacon and eggs, and toast are also served. All breakfasts include local fruits and juices. If you require breakfast earlier than 9:00am, please advise us the night before and we will be happy to provide hot/cold cereal, toast, yogurt and fruit at the breakfast station for you to help yourself. |
