- The Blue House Ocho Rios Jamaica B&B Rates are per night, based on either single or double occupancy
each room. Includes full Jamaican, American/English or Continental breakfasts. Triple occupancy will incur an
additional $60/night charge. - Ocho Rios Jamaica B&B + Dinner Rates include full breakfasts and 3 course dinners with refreshments,
based on a minimum four night stay. Triple occupancy will incur an additional $90/night charge. Additional
information on our Breakfast and Dinner plan is available at Ocho Rios Dining including your options should you
decide to dine out on any given night after booking this plan - Children (under 12) rooming with parents are accommodated free. Meal charge will apply for ages 8-12. Up to 2
children can be accommodated in The Cozy Cottage and The Hummingbird Family Room. All other rooms will
accommodate only one child. - Beer, wine and alcoholic drinks available at reasonable rates.
- Airport transfers additional.
- 8.25 % Government Room Tax (GCT) is additional
- 10% service charge additional to all rates at The Blue House Luxury Bed and Breakfast Inn.
- Additional premium applies for the weeks of Easter, Christmas and New Year.

RESERVATION PAYMENTS AND CANCELLATION POLICY
In order to confirm your reservation we require a 50% credit card deposit to guarantee your booking. We do not hold
rooms without a guarantee. Your Visa or MasterCard credit card will be charged for the deposit at the time of making
the booking. Final payment is due 60 days (90 days for Christmas and New Year) prior to your arrival date.
All cancellations must be notified in writing directly to TBH Resorts Limited/The Blue House. For cancellations received:
- 30 days or more prior to your scheduled arrival date, there will be no refund but you can book a new
reservation and apply your reservation payment to that new booking. - within 30 days of scheduled arrival date, your full reservation payment will be forfeit.
There will be no refunds or re-booking for no shows or early departures.
