    YOUR ARRIVAL
    Your group will be comfortably transported directly to the villa where you will be welcomed by the property
    manager. After your welcome drinks, your group will be shown around the property, then escorted to your rooms
    so you can settle in.

    Dinner is usually served family style in the indoor dining room unless prior arrangements are made. Whenever
    our house count exceed 8, seating arrangements for dinner will be split.  Our suggestions is usually adults in the
    dining room and children in the lounge. The staff will attend to all details for meals, including shopping, food
    preparation, set up, and cleanup.

    The property manager is available to help you with booking tours and excursions and general villa details. The
    manager lives in separate accommodations on the property and is usually available from 10:00 a.m. until after
    dinner.

    VILLA STAFF
    The staff at The Blue House are amazingly accommodating. They will try to do anything you ask. Some staff live
    off the property and some live in separate accommodations on property. Your chef will consistently dazzle you
    with wonderful Jamaican surprise meals, if you allow him to.

    The day starts while guests are still asleep. The staff quietly places pots of steaming Jamaican coffee at the coffee
    station. Full breakfast is served when all guests are ready, usually at 9am, but early risers can help themselves to
    cereal, toast, coffee or tea . A typical breakfast could include orange juice and fresh fruits, fruit bun, eggs, bacon,
    pancakes or cereal ~ or Jamaican ackee and salt fish or the seasonal substitute. For dinners, your chef will
    prepare a mix of Jamaican specialties ~ including delicious homemade soups and desserts, shrimp, curried goat,
    jerk pork or chicken, fish ~ or American, Continental, Caribbean or Chinese Hakka dishes. Our chef produces top
    knotch food and the portions are generous!

    Your housekeeper and chambermaid will care for every detail of your bedroom and bath ~ We are a "green resort"
    so linens and towels are changed twice a week. ~ Please let us know at time of booking if you prefer other
    arrangements. The groundskeeper/poolman will maintain the pool and grounds each day and general areas of
    the villa. The bar will be stocked appropriate to your reservation and your houseman/waiter will tend bar. The
    property manager generally facilitates.

    Available on request are masseuses, manicurists, nannies, yoga instructors, private drivers and tour guides.
    Laundry is available at $10 per load, wash, dry and fold.

    SECURITY
    It is recommended that you need to take the same degree of care and caution with regards to security as you
    would while vacationing in any strange place.

    RETURNING HOME
    You will be transported back to the Montego Bay Airport on your last day. Please plan on a 2 hour trip from Ocho
    Rios to Montego Bay and the required 3 hour check in time for international departures.

    ACTIVITIES
    The Blue House is within easy driving distance of beaches, dive shops, boat rentals, clubs, boutiques, restaurants,
    golf courses, tennis courts, deep-sea fishing, snorkeling and other water sports, and craft markets.
