- Bed and Breakfast Rates are based on 1 or 2 persons per room and includes full Jamaican, American , English or
Continental breakfasts. Triple occupancy, including breakfast, is $75 per night for a third person in room. Up to 2
children (12 years or under) accommodated free in parents' room. - Beer, wine and alcoholic drinks available at reasonable rates.
- Airport transfers and 15% gratuity are additional to all rates at The Blue House Luxury Bed and Breakfast Inn.
- Additional 30% premium applies for the weeks of Easter, Christmas and New Year.
- Photo identification required at check-in. Also credit card/cash deposit for incidental charges.

DEPOSIT AND CANCELLATION POLICY
- A 25% deposit is required to confirm the reservation. The reservation payment amount must be increased to 50%
of the total vacation rental amount 180 days prior to arrival date. Final payment is due 60 days (90 days for
Christmas and New Year) prior to arrival date. Payments may be made by credit card/Paypal. - All cancellations must be notified in writing directly to TBH Resorts Limited/The Blue House.For cancellations
received up to:
- 60 days prior to arrival date, deposits are refundable.
- 30 days prior to arrival date, 50% of the total room cost will be retained.
- 29 days prior to arrival date, there will be no refund.
- There will be no refunds for no shows or early departures
