Jamaica Blue Mountain coffee is available early in
the mornings.
About 9:00am we serve a sumptious Jamaican
breakfast. Either ackee and saltfish, run down,
cook-up smoked herring, sprat and festival, okra
and saltfish, liver and bananas, callalloo omlette or
some other local favourite. Maybe even peanut
porridge or cassava pancakes or toasted bun.
Traditional items like French toast, pancakes, eggs,
bacon, oatmeal or toast are available on request.
Always with local fruits and juices.
Guests on The Breakfast and Dinner Plan who are
not "out and about" exploring our beautiful island,
have the option of ordering the light Lunch Of
The Day at an additional charge. Some days either
"Belly Full" soups, sandwiches, Jamaican patties,
hot dogs, jerk burgers or Rasta Pasta. Maybe with
pasta salads or green salad or fruit plate. Guest
who book the All Inclusive Package will be treated
to a trip to the famous "Scotchies" jerk restaurant,
another day you'll have the opportunity to
experience first hand a Real Jamaica Authentic
Lunch - buying patties at the local shop!!
Dinner is Real Home Style Jamaican. Please
remember we plan our daily menus with your

Dinner could be escoveitch fish, fricassee chicken,
curried goat, stew peas, stew pork or some other
local delight. There'll be a Chinese Night and a
Pasta Night, maybe even a Cuban Night. Always
with fresh vegetable or salad, maybe pasta, rice or
potatoes and a delightful dessert.
